My healthcare journey began as a caregiver, where I learned firsthand the challenges families experience when caring for a loved one. I continued my education and grew through different roles in healthcare, becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Vocational Nurse, and eventually a Registered Nurse. Through these experiences, I have seen that families often need more than medical instructions. They need support understanding their options, organizing care, and feeling confident about the next steps.
